[Via Satellite 10-16-2014] Satcom Direct has established a new office at Dassault Aircraft Services’ Wilmington, Del. location, from which the company will be able to assist Dassault Falcon Jet and mutual customers with aircraft communications systems. Dassault Falcon Jet and Satcom Direct can now jointly conduct full function and operational check-out, system setup and custom configuration for client aircraft.
The two companies will work on installation and configuration of nose to tail communications from datalink, to voice, Internet and television. Satcom Direct will also bring troubleshooting and training support for checking system integrity, satcom hardware reliability, diagnosis and issue resolution, and maintenance and operational training.
