SupremeSAT-I

SupremeSAT-I was successfully lifted off into orbit on November 27, 2012 at 1813hrs from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center in China. This satellite is owned in partnership with China Satellite Communications Co, Ltd.

The satellite positioned at 87.5°E. SupremeSAT-I, was brought into operation in the 2nd quarter of 2013. The Steerable Spot Beam consists of four high power high bandwidth Ku band transponders which can offer a multitude of services and it can be focused to any specific region spanning from Africa all the way to Australia. The entire marketing rights of this capacity is vested with China Satellite Communications Co Ltd (China Satcom)
